NETBALL CHAMPIONS 🏐🏆
What a way to finish the season! Our year 6 team were crowned Grand Final champions today, completing an incredible undefeated season. We are so proud of the teamwork, determination and sportsmanship they have showed all season long.

A big congratulations also to our year 5 team, who finished the season strongly with a fantastic win in their final game. Both teams have represented themselves and our school brilliantly this year.

Today, Thursday and Friday we have Life Education visiting our school. The Port of Townsville Rotary have kindly provided this opportunity to our students. Life Education programs empower students to face life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

The countdown to our inter-house athletics carnival is on! Please save the dates below of some important upcoming athletics events. A note with additional information was sent home with students today. We can't wait to see our students getting involved and showing great school spirit!

What a fabulous Under 8s Day we had on Wednesday morning! It was a fun-filled event with lots of smiles, laughter, and excitement as the children enjoyed a wonderful range of activities together. Thank you to everyone who helped make the morning such a memorable and successful occasion.

Down by the Billabong!
The students of 3/4W and 1D had a fabulous day exploring Billabong Sanctuary, getting up close and personal with some of our amazing and unique Australian wildlife!

1/2 D were hard at work being active learners during their Life Cycles incursion on Friday.

INTER-SCHOOL NETBALL 🏐🎖️
It has been a fantastic four weeks of inter-school netball so far! Our year 6 team remains undefeated and continues to play some outstanding netball, while our year 5 team has shown great improvement each week and celebrated their first win of the season today! We are very proud of our student's effort, teamwork and sportsmanship. GO RAILWAY!

The School Captains are organising Silly Sock day for next Wednesday 20th May. Students can wear their craziest socks. The captains will also be selling socks at the tuckshop on Tuesday and Wednesday for $5.00 on behalf of the P&C. This is a free event. No donation required.
