The fully accessible fishing dock at the Len Thompson Fish Pond was designed to ensure anglers of all ages and abilities can enjoy the experience of fishing in Lacombe.
The dock has become a valued community gathering place and destination made possible through the collaboration and support of the Government of Alberta, the City of Lacombe, Lacombe County , the Lacombe Fish and Game Association, Team Jigger Foundation, and Len Thompson Lures. Together, these partners helped create a space where accessibility, recreation, and community come together all summer long.
