***LOCATION CHANGE***

767 Dearman RCACS will be moving to North Surrey Secondary School( 15945 96 Ave, Surrey) in the New Year. We want to thank Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary for being our temporary location until we found a new home in our Zone. Basketball, parade nights and band will all be held at North Surrey Secondary. Drill team will still run at it’s current location.

I apologize as I know the new location may be too far for some cadets. There are some options:

continue with 767 at our new location

746 is full and cannot take any cadets, but they might have limited spots in September and a transfer may be able to happen.

907 has limited spots for level one and two cadets, please email me and I can see if they can accept your transfer.

2722 Army cadets parade the same night and timings at Shannon Hall at the Cloverdale fairgrounds. They are still accepting cadets.

Please email me with your concerns if you have any, and I can help answer your questions at [email protected]

I have had several past cadets reach out to me about returning to 767, now that we are at a location closer to them. Yes, we can reactivate you and have you return where you left off in the program. Please email me if you have any questions. We are still accepting transfers and new cadets as well as of January 14th 2025 at North Surrey Secondary.

Update: Mrs. Vince has requested in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Surrey Memorial Foundation in memory of Mr. Doug Vince.

We are very sad by the recent news we received tonight. Mr. Douglas Vince, past Squadron Sponsoring Committee and Dad to the 767 Family has passed away.
I was very honoured to have Mr. & Mrs. Vince attend our last ACR to remember their son Scott. To hug and talk about memories meant so much. On behalf of the 767 Staff, Squadron Sponsoring Committee and the cadets we send the Vince Family our condolences.

One of our Alumni shared his memories and for us to pass on the info for Doug's funeral. First I will share his memory for all those who knew him.

" We’ve lost another squadron parent alumni Douglas Vince husband to past commanding officer Captain Katrina Vince. Both their sons Scott and Greg were 767 cadets. The Vince family became family to all and Doug will be sorely missed.

Many times Doug would be handing out hotdogs ( to some many) or helping with hot chocolate along with many cadet trips. Behind the scenes Doug was a huge asset with the parent committee using his expertise being an accountant he helped keep Argus ( our olddddd bus running ) “

And those who wish to attend his service all are welcome it will be held on June 8 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Good Counsel in Surrey 10460 139st “

Please share your memories below, to honour such a great man!
