IN-PERSON WORKSHOP: UNDERSTANDING STRESS AND SLEEP
We spend one third of our lives asleep, but many of us have difficulty getting good sleep. Join us for this workshop where we will explore the connection between stress and sleep. We'll discuss common signs of a sleep disorder, myths about sleep, how to manage stress, and tips on how to get a good night's sleep.

QUIET THE NOISE: PRACTICAL TOOLS TO CALM REPETITIVE THOUGHTS
Repetitive negative thoughts quietly fuel anxiety, shame, regret, and self-doubt This workshop is a skills-based workshop and could be transformative. Rumination (repetitive thoughts) is something nearly everyone experiences but few people talk about. This workshop will help reduce anxiety, improve focus, build resilience, improve sleep, and strengthen decision-making.
