The Ministry invites members of the public and interested stakeholders to participate in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Public Consultation for the Proposed Cement Mill Upgrade Project at Qoya, Lami, by Pacific Cement Limited, and to share their views as part of the EIA process.
