New Teen Gym session! 🏋️‍♂️

Fridays after school - 14:00

The first session will run on the 3rd of June. Soon you'll be able to book it online or at the reception.

This is an opportunity for the teens to use the gym in safe environment. Our instructor Bryan will answer all your questions and he'll make sure that everyone has a correct technique when lifting weights.

If you were looking to book your gym induction for the Aboyne Gym, we've got a timeslot available this coming Wednesday (03.06.26) at 16:30.

Lane Swim 0900-1000
Start the day off with a swim 🏊‍♀️

Public Swim 1830-1930
Take the kids in for a splash around or just come in for a leisurely swim 🏊‍♂️

Lane Swim 1930-2030
Come and enjoy a swim to unwind at the end of the day 🏊‍♀️

14y+Gym sessions available every Tuesday at 18:15.
Why not give it a go?!

Send your teen to the gym! We invite all 14y+ to a supervised gym session every Tuesday evening. You can book at the reception or online. It's only £5.05 for a 45 minutes long session, where participants can do their gym workout in a safe environment.
