Did you catch our very own City Hall tour guide Adina in the Belfast Telegraph recently?👏

Adina spoke about her role as a City Hall tour guide which merges her love of history, storytelling and heritage 🤩

We're very proud of our dedicated, forward-facing team members like Adina, who are the welcoming face of City Hall and bring our city’s vibrant history to life every single day!

From greeting international travellers off cruise ships to showing local community groups around parts of the building they’ve never seen before, our team ensures every visit is unforgettable.

Tours of City Hall take place daily, last around 45 minutes and cost £6.

Thanks to Belfast Telegraph for the picture of Adina outside City Hall 🥰

Our teams work hard to keep our streets and communities clean and litter-free, but we know flytipping can be a problem in some areas.

We’re urging people to please keep their communities free from unsightly flytipping & dumping.

It harms neighbourhoods, creates a mess & can attract vermin.

Flytipping and dumping waste is illegal and you could risk a fine of up to £2,500.

We offer a free bulky waste collection service for residents for larger items like sofas, mattresses and kitchen appliances.

You can also report flytipping quickly and easily on our website.

Thanks for your co-operation.

Our fuel stamp scheme 'Stay Warm' helps householders save for home heating oil by spreading the cost of fuel.

A scheme that can help not only in the colder months, but all year round.

You can buy oil stamps from participating retailers, collect them on a savings card and use the value of the stamps to pay for all, or part of, your oil when placing an order.

The scheme is available throughout Belfast and we're always looking for retailers and oil companies across the city to take part.

Also, if you receive certain benefits, you could be eligible for insulation and help to improve your home heating through the Affordable Warmth Scheme.

This is delivered by Housing Executive - more info by calling 0800 111 4455.
