Back to school tomorrow means a return to busy roads, school runs and early starts 😭

If you're heading out, give yourself a little extra time and take care around schools and residential streets.

Let's help the new term start safely - let's all drive to arrive 🚗

❌Urgent request❌

After yesterday's post regarding parking in front of the Station and the no parking cones have been ignored and removed onto the path. These have now been put back in place. we have once again come to station today to find cars are still parking in front of the station and ignoring the cones this is really disappointing. The Council have now been informed and they have informed us that the road making are planned for November.

If these are your cars then please respect the cones. Please don't move the cones and park too close to the entrance to the fire station until the new lines are painted 🙏🏻🚒

This could cause an issues with getting the fire engine in and out of the station without a major risk of damaging a parked vehicle or being unable to attend a fire in a timely fashion due to the parking of cars too close to the entrance of the Fire Station.

🇺🇸 9/11, We Will Never Forget

Today, the crews at Bingham Fire Station pay our respects to the 2,977 people who lost their lives on 11 September 2001.

Among them were 343 FDNY firefighters, 23 NYPD officers and 37 Port Authority Police officers, with 441 first responders in total making the ultimate sacrifice that day. (911 Memorial)

They ran towards danger while others were running away, putting the lives of others before their own.

From one fire service to another, we remember their courage, their sacrifice and the families and colleagues they left behind.

Bingham crews remember.
We honour them.
We will never forget. 🚒🇺🇸
