From our dedicated colleagues and support teams to our partners, families, carers and local communities – your care, commitment and encouragement make a real difference every day.

Most importantly, thank you to our customers for sharing your experiences and showing us what supported housing is all about: having a place to call home, building confidence and achieving the things that matter to you.

Supported Housing Week may be ending, but our commitment to providing the right homes and support continues all year round.

A one-bedroom apartment with a fully accessible wet room and private balcony.

🔑 Sunningdale, Moreton
A two-bedroom apartment with a step-in shower and private balcony.

Both apartments also benefit from lift access, communal facilities, off-street parking and additional support.
