We were delighted to welcome colleagues from the FSB to our offices this morning for the second in their series networking event for local small businesses, FSB Connect Cambridge.

Thanks to Mark Longman and Simon Robinson for explaining the benefits of membership including legal advice including debt recovery, networking events, and peer support.

There was a lively atmosphere with energised conversations as entrepreneurs across a range of sectors including marketing, travel, business mentoring, estate agency and digital media discussed some of the challenges they currently face in our shared working space, South Cambs Connect.

Thank you to Mark Longman and Simon Robinson for explaining the benefits of membership for small businesses including networking events, peer support, legal advice and even help if you’re called up for jury duty.

There was a great buzz as attendees from a range of sectors including HR, translation services, business mentoring, engineering and ground maintenance discussed some of the challenges they face including AI and working alone, which gave us an opportunity to showcase the facilities on offer in our South Cambs Connect shared working space.

The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is offering new members £50 off their first year of FSB membership throughout September.

Membership now starts from just £145 instead of the usual £195.
