A great new photo of our team of 19 Monmouthshire Conservative councillors. We work all year round to stand up for local residents, push for better services for our county and put pressure on the current Labour/Green coalition to keep taxes low.

A Monmouthshire Labour councillor has quit the Labour Party changing the balance on the County Council.
Our Conservative team is now just one seat behind Labour. At next year’s local elections, every vote will count. It’s clearly the Conservatives who are best placed to remove Labour from office.
The political balance on Monmouthshire County Council council is now:
🔴 20 Labour
🔵 19 Conservative
⚪️ 6 Independents
🟢 1 Green
Defection leaves ruling Labour group on a knife edge Only days after a crucial vote kept the incumbent Leader of Monmouthshire County Council’s in her role, a Welsh Labour councillor has jumped ship.

Thank you to everyone who voted Conservative in the Senedd elections last Thursday.
We were delighted Peter Fox for Monmouthshire & Torfaen was elected to the Senedd to represent Monmouthshire and Torfaen.
Many thanks to all those who supported our entire team of candidates including Cllr Richard John, Cllr Lisa Dymock for Portskewett, Nathan Edmunds for Torfaen, Cllr Rachel Buckler and Chase Blount.

The polls are consistently showing our local Welsh Conservative team within 1% of electing two Senedd members, denying a seat to the pro-Welsh independence Green Party.
The Greens, with their hypnotic leader, would partner up with Plaid Cymru and cause division at a time when we should be focused on growing the economy and improving public services.
The best way to stop the Greens winning that sixth seat is to vote Welsh Conservative today.
Reform have two seats baked in but are miles from a third.

Plaid Cymru have one aim, independence, and would work with the Green Party to achieve this aim and break up our United Kingdom.
Reform are noise, theatre, and a one-man band. They have no credibility, cannot be trusted and would divide our nation.
Vote Conservative tomorrow.

That is Kemi in a nutshell.
