Are you an unpaid carer?

VOCAL Midlothian have launched a new online learning space for unpaid carers. It includes courses on topics like understanding hospital discharge, getting the support you need as a carer, benefits advice, how to get a break from caring, and more.

Join a series of guided walks offering gentle movement, creativity, and a chance to pause and take notice outdoors in Midlothian.

Connecting with others, being active, taking notice, and keeping learning are 4 of the 🌟5 ways to wellbeing🌟.

Juliet, our Writing for Wellbeing champion will join our Midlothian Rangers, Jo and Alan for a series of guided walks that blend nature, history, creativity, and community. Each session will be a chance to explore our local landscapes, pause to notice, and put pen to paper.
You are welcome to come along - no experience needed, just curiosity, a packed lunch, and a good pair of boots!
Walks are available for booking one month before, starting today with Senses and Sentences at Springfield Mill on the 21st May!
