A unique person centred approach to wellbeing using music, movement, drama and visual arts to support creative expression, foster community and empower participants. Each session builds on the last, giving space to grow, explore and connect at your own pace.

Come along to our Caring Connections light lunch which takes place on the 4th Friday of the month.

We are having a Dementia forum and garden party, we will have speakers from the Met police on the Herbert protocol, Royal borough of Greenwich and lots more information stalls .

If you would like to come to the garden party only there is a small charge of £5 if you would like to attend the forum and the garden party you will need to book as tickets are limited.

This is a reminder that both the Centre and the Cafe will be closed on Friday 15th May 2026 and Monday 25th May 2026

The Commissioner from RBG will be at the Greenwich Carers Centre on the 13th May for you to have your say about its carers services and to help them to understand what is working well, what could be improved and what matters most to you.

We will have speakers from the Met Police on The Herbert Protocol, RBG, London fire Brigade with more talk to be confirmed. We will also be having information stalls and live music.

Come along and join our mindful evening sketch walk around Charlton Park, we will stop and sketch the environment and observe the surroundings.
All skills levels are welcome you don't have to be an expert. Even if you don't want to sketch just come for the walk. Sketchbooks & pencils will be provided.
