Chesterfield Gate on Charlton Way will be closed all day on Monday 1 June while we complete some works around that entrance.

As part of our exciting Artist in Residence project we are working with artist Leah Clements to deliver a series of ‘open studio’ sessions in the park 🎨

On Tuesday, 26 May, we have another free drop-in session at St Mary's Lodge.

Artist ‘Open Studio’ Sessions in Greenwich Park As part of our exciting Artist in Residence project at Greenwich Park we are working with artist Leah Clements to deliver ‘open studio’ sessions.

May Tennis Camps Keep your kids active this May with our mini and junior tennis camps for ages 4-16! Available at Hyde Park, The Regent's Park and Greenwich Park.

Join artist-in-residence Leah Clements online between 8-9pm this evening, Friday 22 May, to watch the sunset in Greenwich Park 🌇

📢 As we welcome everyone to Greenwich Park to enjoy the warmer weather this weekend, we want to offer a reminder around the increased risk of wildfires due to these higher temperatures and dry ground.

❌ Please remember that BBQs are not permitted in the park, and make sure that cigarette ends are completely out and properly disposed of.

🔥 Fires in the park put people in danger, cause devastating harm to wildlife, damage to landscapes and habitats, and a strain on the emergency services.

🚒 If you do spot a fire in the park then use what3words to give an exact location to London Fire Brigade.

🚮 Visitors are also reminded to take litter home or place it in bins as glass bottles increase the risk of a fire.

🏊 Finally, although you may be looking for ways to keep cool, swimming in any lake or waterbody within the Royal Parks is forbidden apart from in the Serpentine Lido at designated times.

This Bank Holiday weekend they'll be an additional running of the mobility buggy service in the park, with volunteers manning it on Monday 25 May 🚐

The service sees people, and pets, being shuttled up and down our famously steep hill, helping to make the beauty of the park accessible to everyone 🙌

It has been lovely to see several four legged passengers using the service so far this year 💚
