Book of the week: The Archaeology of Beekeeping by Eva Crane. The book deals with human association with bees and honey since the Stone Age. Information gleaned from rock painting a in Spain, from tombs and from temples, indicates that honey was being hunted between 8000 and 2000 BC . An infomative book on bee keeping!
