Ludlow Seniors’ Christmas Party returns Thursday 3 December, and we can’t wait to welcome our residents aged 65+.

🎃 Halloween & Bonfire Night Patrols 🎆
Your local Safer Neighbourhood Team, alongside response officers, will be carrying out extra patrols across ASB hotspot areas throughout the Halloween and Bonfire Night period. We'll also be visiting local retailers to raise awareness around the responsible sale of products that can be misused to cause nuisance.

👮 Officers will be out, visible and accessible, helping to prevent anti-social behaviour and keep our communities safe.

🤝 We want the community to feel reassured that local policing teams are taking proactive action during this busy period.

❤️ Ludlow’s Poppy Waterfall Returns — and You Can Help Grow It ❤️

Our beautiful Community Poppy Waterfall will be re-installed on 2nd November at Neptune at the Georgian House — and this year we’re inviting residents to help make it even more special.

🧶 We'd love lightweight crocheted or knitted poppies (minimum 5 inches)
🌺 These will be added to the railings outside Neptune at the Georgian House to complement the main waterfall display.

📅 By Thursday 29th October

Last year, this beautiful waterfall was created by schools, uniformed groups, care homes, community organisations and dozens of volunteers — a truly heart-warming response from Ludlow. Let’s come together again to create a powerful tribute for Remembrance.

🌺 Our Poppy Waterfall grows — thanks to our amazing community 🌺

More beautiful handmade poppies have been handed in this week, each one adding colour, care, and remembrance to the Poppy Waterfall exhibition. We’re so grateful for every contribution — they truly show Ludlow at its best.

A special thank you to Miss Howarth from Ludlow Primary School, who brought in the most thoughtful creations from pupils in Key Stage 1 who made lovely wreaths, and Year 3 who created beautiful individual poppies.

Their work is full of heart, and it’s wonderful to see our younger residents taking part in this act of remembrance.
Ludlow’s community spirit continues to bloom. 🌺❤️
