ROAD IMPROVEMENT WORK IN FERN HILL

The Manchester Municipal Corporation mission to improve the road network in the parish recently rehabilitated the Fern Hill Road in the Mile Gully Division represented by Councillor Rohan Kennedy

On Friday, June 12. 2026 the Deputy Mayor, Councillor Rohan Kennedy welcomed contestants in the JCDC Manchester Festival Queen competition during a Courtesy Call at the Manchester Municipal Corporation.

The meeting provided the opportunity for the contestants to introduce themselves, learn and share their passion, and engage in meaningful discussions on leadership and community development with the Deputy Mayor.

The Deputy Mayor encouraged the contestants to use their platform to inspire others and positively impact the lives of people in the parish.

The Manchester Municipal Corporation in partnership with the Social Development Commission present a virtual Parish-wide Disaster Forum on Monday, June 29. 2026 between the hours of 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM.

The Manchester Municipal Corporation is pleased to annouce the successful completion of drainage rehabilitation works at Alligator Pond. This project has significantly improved stormwater management capacity and reduced the risk of flooding in the surrounding area.
