A Farewell Courtesy Call and a Lasting Partnership 🇳🇦🤝🇩🇪
Last week, Ambassador H.E. Dr. Thorsten Hutter paid a farewell courtesy call to H.E. President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah as he concludes his three-year diplomatic tenure in Namibia.
During his last few days in the office, he also bade farewell to Vice President H.E. Lucia Witbooi and Namibia's Minister of International Relations and Trade, Hon. Selma Ashipala-Musavyi.
Ambassador Hutter described his posting as both a privilege and a deeply rewarding chapter in his diplomatic career and – as for him – concluded: “Namibia has been more than a diplomatic posting – it has been a journey of discovery, friendship and partnership!”

🌍 What if some of history's greatest achievements started in places you never expected?
The world's greatest achievements didn't emerge from a single place.
↪️ But many of them trace their roots back to Africa.
From ancient centres of learning to groundbreaking scientific achievements, Africa's influence can be found in chapters of history that changed the world.
Yet some of these stories are rarely told.
Maybe it's time we looked a little closer. 👀
Because understanding where we've been helps us understand where we're going.
Watch until the end. 🙂
