THE GYANG ZI, SAN CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION on Thursday, 28th May 2026, witnessed a massive solidarity gathering at the Campaign Office in Jos as stakeholders, supporters, coordinators, ward leaders and party faithful from across the six LGAs of Plateau Northern Senatorial Zone converged to reaffirm unity, resilience and commitment to the ideals of “Justice and Rebirth.”
The gathering served as a strong message of encouragement and support to Barr. Gyang Yaya Zi, SAN amidst ongoing developments surrounding the recently conducted APC Northern Senatorial Zone Primary Elections.
Speaking during the visit, the Director General of the Campaign Organization, Hon. Kaboh Awul, urged supporters to remain peaceful, steadfast, united and prayerful while the Principal continues to seek Justice and Fairness through lawful and Democratic processes.
In his remarks, Gyang Zi, SAN appreciated supporters for their sacrifices, loyalty and encouragement, reassuring them of his continued commitment to Justice, Fairness, responsible leadership and the aspirations of the people.
He further encouraged all supporters to remain law-abiding, strengthen internal unity and continue to uphold peace, love and solidarity at all times.
The solidarity visit ended with prayers for Peace, Justice, Unity and Progress across Plateau Northern Zone and Plateau State at large.

...his conduct continues to raise serious integrity concerns. Simon Mwadkwon cannot validly parade himself as a Senator or Minority Leader of the 10th Senate after the nullification of the 2023 Election, yet he continues to project such claims publicly. Sadly, the same pattern of disregard for due process was further reflected in the controversial conduct of the recent Northern Senatorial Zone Primary Elections.
As a Silk committed to Justice, Fairness, and democratic Values, I cannot associate myself with such actions or personalities that undermine the sanctity of our Democratic Institutions.

I took the painful but principled decision to discontinue participation in the processes of the Plateau Northern Senatorial Primary Election held on 18th May, 2026, to formally place a Notice concerning the DAMAGE done to my Reputation and the Democratic will of the People.
My reason is simple; Democracy must stand on Fairness, Justice, and Credibility. The Rights and Voices of the People cannot be trampled upon under my watch.
I remain committed to Lawful engagement, Truth, and the collective interest of our People above all else.
