LOOK || ELEVATING PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH FILIPINO HOSPITALITY

In celebration of Tourism Month 2026 and the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the Local Government Unit of Agno—through the Municipal Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office and the Human Resource Management Office, in partnership with the Department of Tourism Region I successfully held the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training for LGU employees on September 24, 2026, at the Agno Municipal Conference Hall.

The program started with welcome remarks by Ms. Roanne R. Nebre (Tourism Operations Officer I), followed by an inspiring message from Municipal Mayor Hon. Engr. John N. Celeste, who highlighted the value of continuous professional development for civil servants. The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Evangeline Dadat, Assistant Regional Director of DOT Region I.

Spearheaded by accredited FBSE Trainer Mr. Dennis V. Detalo, the session engaged our municipal employees through dynamic discussions and practical activities designed to nurture a culture of empathy, warmth, and world-class public service.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to Municipal Mayor Hon. Engr. John N. Celeste for his unwavering leadership and steadfast commitment to employee empowerment. Special thanks are also due to the CSC Month Event Committee, headed by HRMA Ms. Janica N. Navarro, for their invaluable collaboration, as well as to DOT Region I and Assistant Regional Director Evangeline Dadat for their continued partnership and support. We also express our deep appreciation to Mr. Dennis V. Detalo for facilitating an enriching, high-impact workshop, and to all the dedicated LGU Agno participants whose active engagement and enthusiasm made this milestone training a true success.

Together, let us continue building Agno that is warm, welcoming, and proudly Filipino!
