FIRST PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE/CARD DAY & SCHOOL SAFETY ORIENTATION ON ACTIVE THREATS

The school reaffirmed its commitment to promoting the safety, well-being, and holistic development of its learners through the conduct of the First Parent-Teacher Conference/Card Day and School Safety Orientation on Active Threats held on September 18, 2026.
The activities were spearheaded by the school administration under the leadership of Dr. Gemma I. Silao. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the importance of strengthening school safety and security while fostering meaningful collaboration among the school, parents, PNP and other stakeholders.
The School Safety Orientation on Active Threats was facilitated by Police Lieutenant Ferdinand C. Abulencia and Patrol Woman Carmina D. Pagdilao of the Aguilar PNP. They provided essential information, safety reminders, and practical guidance to help learners, parents, teachers, and other school stakeholders better understand their respective roles and responsibilities in maintaining safety, preparedness, and security within the school community.
The activity also highlighted the continued implementation of Project S.A.K.T.O. 2.0 & 2.1, which reflects the collaborative efforts of the school and the Aguilar Police Station in strengthening awareness, preparedness, and collective responsibility. Through this partnership, both institutions continue to work toward the shared goal of establishing safer schools, more resilient communities, and a secure and supportive learning environment for every learner.
Meanwhile, the First Parent-Teacher Conference/Card Day provided parents and guardians with an opportunity to engage with teachers and discuss their children's academic performance, learning progress, behavior, and overall well-being. The activity served as an avenue for strengthening communication and cooperation between parents and teachers in addressing learners' needs and supporting their continued growth and development.
Through these meaningful initiatives, the school continues to strengthen its partnership with parents, the police force, and other stakeholders. Such collaborative efforts demonstrate the shared commitment of the entire school community to ensuring the safety, security, holistic development, and well-being of every learner.
