October 8, 2026 Calaanan Health Center

CAN-I THRIVE — Canitoan Initiative for Teenage Health, Recovery, and Integrated Vitality Education — was successfully launched in support of the Dietary Supplementation Program for Nutritionally At-Risk Pregnant Women.

This initiative aims to strengthen health, nutrition, and wellness support for teenage and nutritionally at-risk pregnant women in the community.
The activity was made possible through the full support of the Barangay Council, headed by Punong Barangay Lancelot Borja Padla , together with Barangay Administrator Loister Doyog, Kag. Serafin Labrada, Kagawad on Health Isagani Legaspi, Medical Officers Dr. Lorraine Jungco-Nery and Dr. Erica Joyce V. Alfonso, PHN Felman C. Osorio, CNPC Aprel Fe C. Susaya-Suico, Midwives Geraldine Sabo and Mary Martinit Ermac, BNAO Nancy Paumar Edos 's, BNS's and all partners and health workers who contributed to the success of the activity.

Together, we continue to promote better nutrition, healthier pregnancies, and a healthier Canitoan community. 🧡

The 3rd Quarterly Barangay Nutrition Committee (BNC) Meeting and Barangay Health Board (BHB) Meeting were successfully conducted at the Barangay Canitoan Session Hall.

The meetings focused on discussing accomplishments, health and nutrition updates, ongoing programs, and upcoming activities for the benefit of the community.
