🚒 STATION 2 ON STANDBY | OPLAN KALULUWA 2026

In observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, Station 2 - Lapasan Fire Station personnel under the supervision of FSUPT REYNANTE S LORONO, District Fire Marshal, COFD and under the leadership of SFO3 Rich John O Delfin are on standby at designated cemeteries and bus stations as part of Oplan Kaluluwa 2026, ensuring public safety and providing immediate response to any fire-related incidents and other emergencies.

This activity aims to strengthen fire and emergency preparedness, maintain public safety, and provide assistance to the public, especially those visiting their departed loved ones and traveling to their respective destinations during this solemn observance.

We remind everyone to remain vigilant, observe safety precautions, and cooperate with authorities to ensure a peaceful and safe observance.

In collaboration with the local officials of the aforementioned barangays and COC-Phinma, this initiative aims to strengthen communication and cooperation among the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), barangay officials, and residents to address the needs and concerns of each community.

📢 LAPASAN FIRE STATION CONDUCTS DATA GATHERING IN BARANGAYS CUGMAN, GUSA, AND LAPASAN

The Lapasan Fire Station is conducting data gathering activities in Barangays Cugman, Gusa, and Lapasan to determine the number of informal settlers in each purok or zone, as well as the total number of households and families in the respective communities.

The data gathering focuses on the following information:

📌 Total Population of Informal Settlers – The number of individuals residing in informal settler communities per purok or zone.

🏠 Total Number of Households – The overall number of households in each area.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Total Number of Families – The total number of families residing in each purok or zone.

This initiative aims to establish an updated community profile that will serve as a reference for planning and implementing fire prevention programs, fire safety awareness campaigns, emergency preparedness activities, and disaster response operations.

Through coordination with barangay officials and community stakeholders, the Lapasan Fire Station continues to strengthen its efforts to promote public safety, reduce fire risks, and protect lives and properties, especially in vulnerable communities.

Ang sunog delikado, apan daghan niini ang malikayan pinaagi sa pag-amping ug pagsunod sa mga lagda sa kaluwasan. Ampingi ang inyong pamilya pinaagi sa mosunod nga mga pahimangno:

✅ 1. Ayaw biya-i ang kalan samtang nagluto.
✅ 2. Ayaw pag-overload sa mga saksakan sa kuryente.
✅ 3. Susiha kanunay ang mga alambre ug electrical wiring.
✅ 4. Ibutang sa luwas nga lugar ang gasolina ug ubang dali masunog nga materyales.
