𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐇𝐀𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 forms part of the DMW Kabuhayan Reintegration Program for OFWs, supporting the economic reintegration of returning migrant workers through entrepreneurship opportunities and financial assistance.

📌 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
✅ OFW seafarers who returned to the Philippines on or after December 30, 2021
✅ Must not currently own, operate, or be affiliated with any formal or registered business venture in the Philippines
✅ Since returning to the Philippines, must not have traveled overseas for employment purposes and must be permanently settled in the Philippines

HEADS UP, RIDERS! HELMET ON, SAFETY FIRST.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Ronda District Office will officially implement OPLAN HEADSAFE starting June 2026 across the municipalities in the southwestern part of Cebu Province.

This intensified enforcement campaign focuses on strict compliance with Republic Act 10054 (The Motorcycle Helmet Act of 2009), which requires all motorcycle riders and back riders to wear standard protective helmets at all times while driving.

📌 Remember: NO HELMET, NO RIDE.
There will be no excuses and no exemptions when it comes to road safety.

⚠️ Penalties for violation:
• 1st offense: ₱1,500 fine
• 2nd offense: ₱3,000 fine
• 3rd offense: ₱5,000 fine
• 4th & succeeding offenses: ₱10,000 fine + confiscation/suspension of driver’s license

Wearing a helmet is not just about following the law—it’s about protecting your life and the lives of your loved ones.

Let’s all cooperate and promote responsible road use.
