The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) extends warm greetings to our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebration of Eid’l Adha. May this occasion of sacrifice and faith inspire charity, compassion, and peace in our communities.

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) joins the nation in celebrating the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month 2026, with the theme: “Achieving Results through Transparency and Accountability: Towards a More Productive Bagong Pilipinas.” This initiative reflects the vision of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. to promote transparency, accountability, and responsive government service delivery.

As part of this movement, HSAC remains committed to implementing initiatives that strengthen transparency, uphold the rights of stakeholders, and promote a more responsive and efficient justice system in resolving real estate and homeowners’ association disputes.

Wednesday: 8:00 am to 12:00nn (Work from Home)
12:01pm onwards (Work Suspension)

Thursday to Friday: Closed (Regular Holidays)
