A LITTLE CHRISTMAS MAGIC IN OCTOBER!🎁❤️

Who says we have to wait until December to feel the spirit of Christmas? This October, we are already sharing the joy, love, and warmth of the season!

The SK Council of Barangay Mabolo, in partnership with OKCares Foundation and Bagong Lipunan Elementary School, brought smiles and excitement to our young learners through the distribution of Christmas gift packs.

A heartfelt thank you to OKCares Foundation for sharing their blessings and making this initiative possible, to Bagong Lipunan Elementary School for being part of this meaningful activity, and to the Mabolo Campus Police for extending their helping hands and support.

It's never too early to spread kindness and make little hearts happy. After all, the true spirit of Christmas is not about the date on the calendar, but the joy we bring to others. ❤️

Christmas came early in Mabolo! 🎅✨

Malipayong adlawng natawhan, Atty. Arguedo! Hinaot nga padayon kang panalanginan og maayong panglawas, kusog, ug kaalam aron mas daghang kinabuhi ang imong matandog pinaagi sa matinud-anong pagpangulo ug pagserbisyo.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Mabolo acknowledges the cancellation of Sugbo Cup 2026 and Sayaw Kabataan 2026.

The cancellation is due to current budgetary constraints, as the implementation of these programs depends on the subsidy given by Cebu City Government allocated to each of its 80 barangays. The release of the subsidy is still subject to the necessary approval and processing.

We understand the circumstances, but we also share in the disappointment of our youth who have been preparing and looking forward to these activities.

For the past three seasons, Mabolo has brought home wins, and we were truly excited to defend the championship this year. We are also looking forward to seeing our volleyball team compete and represent us. We were also excited to see our talented youth showcase their passion and creativity through Sayaw Kabataan.

To our youths, athletes, dancers, coaches, representatives, and supporters, thank you for your dedication and hard work. While this year’s competitions may not push through, your efforts and the pride you bring to Mabolo remain.

We sincerely ask for everyone’s understanding and patience as we navigate this situation. We remain hopeful for more opportunities for our youth in the future.

Winners; One proud Mabolo. 🏆💙

LET’S GO, OLOBAM! LET’S GO, 03B!

After coming together for the Gulayan sa Paaralan Garden Restoration Activity, the youth of Barangay Mabolo continued the day through the KK Assembly. It was a meaningful gathering filled with updates, discussions, ideas, and active youth participation.

It was indeed a very meaningful moment to discuss the accomplishment as well as the future plans ahead for the betterment of the Barangay.

The assembly was graced by the presence of the Barangay Captain, 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙮. 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙡 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙨 𝘼𝙧𝙜𝙪𝙚𝙙𝙤, who shared the accomplishments of the barangay and highlighted the progress, programs, and initiatives undertaken for the benefit of the community.

And of course, the day became even more exciting with our raffle draw! A simple way of adding fun and appreciation to everyone who took the time to participate and be part of the assembly.

Grabe jud ang kalingaw basta mag tapok-tapok ug magkahiusa. Sa sunod napud? G!

Through this collaborative effort, the youth came together to restore and beautify the school garden while promoting volunteerism, environmental responsibility, and community spirit.

On behalf of the SK Mabolo, we would love to express our gratitude to the Mabolo Youths who spared their time despite the early call time. Daghang Salamat ninyong tanan!
