From clean-up drive and tree planting to medical kit distributions, sports tournaments, creative contests, assemblies, seminars, and youth empowerment programs, every initiative was aimed at promoting environmental care, health, talent development, and the overall well-being of our youth while uplifting our community.

These accomplishments reflect the hard work, teamwork, and passion of our council, and wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of our youth, parents, school officials, partners, and the whole community.

• One candidate per barangay - the candidate must be endorsed by the SK Chairperson of their respective Barangay

December 7, 2025 – Orientation & Pictorials
December 15, 2025 – Elimination Round (Batch 1)
December 16, 2025 – Elimination Round (Batch 2)
December 18, 2025 – Semi-Final Round
December 20, 2025 – Grand Finals

Venue for all competitions will be at San Fernando Sports Complex.

1. Voice Quality – 50%
(Tonality, appropriateness to genre, & technique)

2. Style and Performance – 30%
(Rendition qualities, discipline, timing and precision, delivery & interpretation)

3. Over-all Appeal – 20%
(Stage appeal, audience impact and over-al impact)
