Happy Birthday, OPERATION Head Kagawad Joel!!🎂🎉
Today isn’t just another day on the calendar — it’s a day we celebrate the person behind the title. The one who stays calm when situations get tense, who makes the tough calls so the team can move safely, and who never forgets that every mission is about people first.
Thank you for your leadership, your steady guidance, and your malasakit that you show in every operation. Whether it’s Search and Rescue, medical backup, or just making sure everyone gets home safe, your dedication sets the standard for all of us. The whole community feels safer because you’re watching over us.
Wishing you more birthdays filled with good health, more strength for the missions ahead, and more blessings than you can count. May you always have a team you can trust at your back, just like we trust you at the front.
Enjoy your day, Head!

Due to the weather disturbance brought by the Trough of LPA. An increase in water level in river systems and creeks, street floodings, and landslides, among other hazards associated with the recent weather system is likely to happen.
With these, BDRRMCs and Volunteer groups are advised to pre-positioned resources, closely monitor their areas of responsibility (AOR) especially flood and landslide-prone areas, prepare evacuation areas, and provide feedback to CDRRMO-EOC Apo Base for any changes in the situation.
Meanwhile, the PUBLIC is reminded to be vigilant and address the situation accordingly.
Stay safe!
