🚨 EMERGENCY MEETING FOR DENGUE PREVENTION & CONTROL 🚨
Earlier today, the Barangay Council of Inarado, Daraga, Albay, led by our active barangay officials, held an emergency meeting alongside our dedicated Barangay Health Workers (BHWs). This urgent convergence was called to address the rising threat of Dengue and layout aggressive, community-wide counter-actions to protect every family in Barangay Inarado.
With the health and safety of our constituents as our top priority, the council and healthcare workers finalized an intensified action plan highlighting the following key agendas:
1️⃣ Reorganization and Reactivation of Aksyon Barangay Kontra Dengue (ABKD) – Reinforcing our specialized task force to lead the localized fight against Dengue.
2️⃣ Search and Destroy Activities – Mobilizing teams to actively find and eliminate all potential mosquito breeding sites across the barangay.
3️⃣ 4S / 4Ts Activities – Strict implementation of the DOH-guided strategies:
Search & destroy, Secure self-protection, Seek early consultation, and Say yes to fogging (when needed).

4️⃣ IEC Health Education – Launching comprehensive awareness campaigns to educate residents on early symptoms and proper preventative measures.
5️⃣ Barangay-Wide Clean-Up Drive – Setting a localized schedule for community clearing operations. Everyone is highly encouraged to clean their respective backyards!
6️⃣ Distribution of IEC Materials – Routine house-to-house distribution of flyers and posters to keep every household informed and vigilant.
Dengue prevention starts inside our homes, but winning the battle requires the cooperation of the entire community. Let us work together to keep Barangay Inarado clean, safe, and Dengue-free! 🚫🦟✨
