From May 28 to June 12, we proudly observe National Flag Days — a 16-day commemoration that began with the first unfurling of the Philippine Flag after the Battle of Alapan in 1898 and culminates on Independence Day. 🇵🇭

More than a symbol, our National Flag represents the courage, freedom, unity, and sacrifices of generations of Filipinos who fought for our sovereignty.

As defenders of the Filipino people and the State, the Armed Forces of the Philippines stands with every Filipino in giving due honor and respect to our flag by proudly displaying it in our homes, offices, schools, and communities.
