📘 Elementary Graduates (Public or Private Schools)
• With Honors – ₱1,000
• With High Honors – ₱1,000
• With Highest Honors – ₱1,000

📗 Senior High School Graduates (Public or Private Schools)
• With Honors – ₱1,000
• With High Honors – ₱1,000
• With Highest Honors – ₱1,000

🎓 College Graduates with Latin Honors
• Cum Laude – ₱2,000
• Magna Cum Laude – ₱2,000
• Summa Cum Laude – ₱2,000

📌 REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Barangay Certificate of Residency
✔ Valid Government ID or School ID (photocopy)
✔ Certified True Copy of Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR), or Graduation Program
✔ Certification or proof of honors issued by the school registrar
✔ Accomplished application form
