Our new SK Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Multi-Purpose Hall and is open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. ✨

𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀𝙎 𝙊𝙁𝙁𝙀𝙍𝙀𝘿:
1. Free photocopy and free printing
2. Free use of desktop computer

𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝘼𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙆-𝙆𝙊𝙉𝙀𝘾 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨:
1. Register at the Logbook
- Fill out the registration/logbook with your name, age, purpose of use, and time in. This is for monitoring and proper documentation.
2. Present a Valid ID
- Present any valid ID (School ID, Barangay ID, Youth ID, or any proof of residency) to confirm eligibility.
3. State Your Purpose
- Inform the SK officer or staff of your purpose (e.g., school research, online class, document printing, job application, etc.).
4. Follow the Usage Guidelines
- Use the computer, Wi-Fi, and printing services responsibly and follow the 1-hour time limit set by the SK to give others a chance.
5. Log Out and Sign Out
- After using the service, log out from the computer and sign out in the logbook. Return any borrowed materials if applicable.

𝙁𝙍𝙀𝙀 𝙋𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙑𝙄𝘾𝙀𝙎
The following guidelines shall be observed for the Free Printing Services program:
1. The free printing services of the SK can only be availed by a bona fide youth resident of Barangay Matanag.
2. The student/youth who wishes to avail the free printing service must log his/her name, contact details, and the number of pages availed with his/her signature affixed in a log sheet/book provided.
3. Only documents that are entirely related to education and other legal documents can be catered.
4. The youth who wishes to avail the service must bring his/her bond paper if the document is more than 10 pages.
5. You are not allowed to use your flash drive, you may opt to download your files thru messenger, or e-mail.

𝙍𝙐𝙇𝙀𝙎:
1. Priority is given to students and youth.
2. Printing is limited to academic and official documents.
3. Users must not access inappropriate websites or content.
4. Equipment must be handled with care.

On February 24, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Matanag Chairperson Dale Xedrick Neptuno actively participated in the EMER-GENZ SKamustahan Session conducted by Legazpi City Youth Development Office at 3rd Floor, City Hall Compound, Legazpi City, marking the 14th and final batch of this meaningful initiative. The session served as a platform for youth leaders to engage in open dialogue, share insights, and strengthen their roles in community governance and youth development. It highlighted the importance of leadership, collaboration, and preparedness in addressing the needs and concerns of the youth sector. Through EMER-GENZ SKamustahan, young leaders were equipped with knowledge, inspiration, and a stronger sense of responsibility to continue serving their communities with passion and integrity.

This initiative aims to continue empowering the next generation of leaders because every voice matters, and every youth leader has a role in building a progressive and inclusive community. ❤️
