Your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to continuous learning reflect the true spirit of a volunteer firefighter — always ready to learn, serve, and respond when our community needs you most. May this achievement further strengthen your skills and inspire you to become an even better responder and servant of the people.

As a dedicated volunteer firefighter, may you continue to be an inspiration to the youth, showing them that courage, discipline, and a heart for service can make a meaningful difference in our community. May your journey encourage more young people to step forward, embrace volunteerism, and become part of a generation committed to saving lives and protecting properties.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the DRRMO Olongapo City training facilitators, especially Chief Jeffrey Lapid, and the officers of the Association of Volunteer Fire Chiefs and Fire Fighters of the Philippines, for sharing your knowledge, expertise, and valuable time in equipping our volunteer firefighters with essential firefighting skills. Your commitment to training and capacity-building helps strengthen the volunteer firefighting community.

This morning, the 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗱𝗲 proudly joined the 𝟰𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗽, carrying this year’s call: “𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.” 🌏💙

Together with approximately 6,000 volunteers, we turned an early Saturday morning into a meaningful act of bayanihan and collective action — coming together to protect our seas, preserve our environment, and build cleaner and more resilient communities.

As volunteer firefighters, we believe that serving the community goes beyond responding to emergencies. It also means protecting the environment, promoting safety, and taking action today for a better tomorrow. 🚒🌱

🕊️ 𝐀 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫

Today, we mourn the passing of one of our brave warriors, 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝟒 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐚.

We lost more than a firefighter. We lost a brother, a protector, and a warrior who dedicated himself to answering the call when others needed help.

A firefighter’s duty is never easy. It demands courage, sacrifice, and a heart willing to serve others even in the face of danger. Today, we honor Robert for the life he lived, the people he served, and the courage he carried as a member of our West Tondo family.

To Raya family, loved ones, fellow firefighters, and friends of 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝟒 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐚, we extend our deepest sympathies and prayers during this difficult time.

May God grant you comfort and strength, and may He welcome our fallen warrior into His eternal embrace.

Salute to you, Firefighter Robert Raya. Your service will never be forgotten. 🫡🚒
