🧠 Standardizing Learner Support & Mental Health Services Across the Nation! 💙

The Department of Education (DepEd), headed by the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development (BHROD), officially kicks off DAY 2 of the Nationwide Onboarding of Newly Deployed School Counselor Associate I (SCA I) Personnel today, October 28, 2026!

Pursuant to Republic Act No. 12080 (Basic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act), this two-day onboarding program aims to equip our newly deployed SCA I personnel with the necessary tools, skills, and policy frameworks to deliver effective school-based mental health services and learner well-being support.
