𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | IPARC Project muling inilatag sa First PDC Meeting.

Mas lalo pang pinagtitibay ng ang pakikipagtulungan nito sa Provincial Government of La Union upang masiguro ang pangmatagalang pag-unlad ng mga lokal na magsasaka sa rehiyon.

Sa naganap na Unang Pagpupulong ng Provincial Development Council (PDC) ngayong araw, Mayo 26, 2026, muling humarap si Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) II Christianne Castillejos-Suguitan, CESO V, sa pamunuan nina Gov. Mario Eduardo C. Ortega at mga miyembro ng konseho. Ito ay upang opisyal na ilatag ang direksyon para sa Inclusive Partnerships for Agrarian Reform Communities (IPARC) project sa lalawigan.

Ang IPARC ay ang susunod na malaking hakbang ng DAR na layong dugtungan ang tagumpay ng Project SPLIT (Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling). Kung ang SPLIT ay nakatutok sa pagbibigay ng sariling titulo ng lupa, ang IPARC naman ang magbibigay ng "complete package" ng suporta gaya ng makabagong teknolohiya, tulong-pinansyal, at direktang ugnayan sa mga malalaking mamimili o merkado. 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | To strengthen grassroots agrarian reform mechanisms and deepen engagement with farmer-beneficiaries, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) II Atty. Maria Trinidad P. Arcellana-Unciano conducts visits to various towns and barangays across the province as part of her ongoing immersion activities at .

Among the areas she has already visited are the municipalities of Aringay, San Gabriel, and Bacnotan, where she led discussions on the importance, functions, and responsibilities of the Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee (BARC) in supporting agrarian reform communities and addressing local concerns.

The BARC orientation forms part of PARPO Trina’s immersion under the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD) and the Legal Division, aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the concerns and realities faced by agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) at the grassroots level.

During the consultations, she also discussed the functions and services of the Legal Division, particularly in assisting ARBs with land-related concerns and other agrarian reform issues requiring legal guidance. (𝙢𝙥𝙧)

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | Muling bibitbitin ng Balitang DonMariano ang ngalan ng La Union sa PelikulAgraryo!

Bilang paghahanda sa ikalawang taon ng PelikulAgraryo, pinangunahan ng DAR Regional Office I, katuwang ang mga provincial offices kabilang ang , ang Online Film Laboratory noong Mayo 12–14, 2026. Sa ating probinsya, isinagawa sa DAR La Union Conference Hall ang on-site sessions para sa ating mga kalahok.

Naging tagpuan ito ng mga kabataang filmmakers mula sa iba’t ibang lalawigan, kabilang ang mga estudyante ng Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – South La Union Campus (DMMMSU-SLUC), upang mas mapalalim ang kanilang pag-unawa sa mga programa ng DAR, at matutunan kung paano ito maisasalaysay sa pamamagitan ng mga maikling pelikulang may damdamin, lalim, at saysay.

Sa pagbabahagi ni Direktor Zig Dulay, na nagsilbing resource speaker, pinaalalahanan niya ang mga kalahok na lumikha ng mga obrang hindi lamang kahanga-hanga sa paningin, kundi nagbibigay-dangal din sa kanilang sarili at sa mga taong pinakamalapit sa kanila.

Bitbit ang karangalan mula sa nakaraang edisyon ng PelikulAgraryo kung saan nasungkit nila ang Best Poster, Best Actress, at Third Place Regional Best Film sa ilalim ng ARB Category, muling sasabak ang DMMMSU-SLUC ngayong taon na may mas matinding inspirasyon at paghahanda. (𝙙𝙖𝙣, 𝙢𝙥𝙧)

Yesterday, May 4, 2026, Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer (PARPO) II Christianne Castillejos-Suguitan, CESO V, met with the Provincial Development Council (PDC) - Economic and Infrastructure Committee Sector, to present a new path forward: the Inclusive Partnerships for Agrarian Reform Communities, or IPARC.

The meeting focused on securing a formal resolution from the PDC to officially endorse the project. This support is an important step in making sure the activity has the full backing of our local government, ensuring that resources and efforts are aligned to help our farmers succeed.

But what exactly is IPARC? Essentially, it is a project by DAR designed to make sure land reform goes beyond just handing over a title. It bridges the gap between the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) and the crucial support services they needed to maximize land productivity and further improve farmers’ lives.

Through these partnerships, beneficiaries get better access to the tools they actually need—modern equipment, credit, and steady markets—to turn their farms into stable, thriving businesses.
