TINGNAN: Muling lumagda para sa panibagong tatlong buwang kontrata epektibo ngayong buwan ng Hunyo ang 23 Locally Paid Teachers (LPTs), 22 Utility Workers at 2 Watchman na nakatalaga sa ibaโt-ibang paaralan. Ang contract signing ay pinangunahan ni Mayor Rey Cajayon Ladaga, bilang MSB Chairman sa pangangasiwa ni MSB Secretary Rica Mae S. Diosay.
Ang programang ito ay ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng lokal na pamahalaan na mapunan ang kakulangan sa mga g**o at kawani sa mga paaralan at mapanatili ang kaayusan at kaligtasan ng mga pasilidad ng paaralan.

Javier at kanilang ipinaabot ang kanilang mensahe ng suporta sa mga kalahok.
Ang Barangay Development Plan o BDP ay binabalangkas ng isang barangay para magsilbing gabay para sa susunod na tatlong (3) taon na pinapalooban ng kanilang mga ipapatupad na programa at proyekto kasangkot ang mga ibaโt-ibang sektor ng kanilang nasasakupan alinsunod sa Local Government Code at ang DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-046 na sumasaklaw sa Retooled Community Support Program.
Aktibong lumahok sa mga pagsasanay ay ang mga miyembro ng Barangay Development Council (BDC) ng Bayotbot, Central, Mangarin, Mabini, at Poblacion 7 samantalang ibinahagi naman ni MLGOO EnP. Randolph William F. Saluba ang pinaka-overview ng aktibidad gayundin ang mga tungkulin ng BDC.

The Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) conducted a planning workshop for the formulation of the Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) on June 11, 2026, at the MPDO Conference Hall.
The activity gathered key stakeholders to assess the current poverty situation in the municipality, identify priority needs, and develop appropriate interventions and development strategies aimed at addressing poverty at the local level.
Municipal Administrator, Ruzziel S. Ladaga-Cuisia, attended the workshop, together with Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, EnP. Joseph E. Salgado, and the members of the Local Poverty Reduction Action Committee (LPRAC), The committee included representatives from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and various sectoral groups.
A strong emphasis was placed on the participation of CSO representatives, whose insights, inputs, and recommendations significantly contributed to the identification of priority programs and projects. Their engagement ensured that the proposed interventions reflect the actual needs and conditions of communities.
The Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP) is being developed through a planning process that strengthens collaboration between the local government and civil society. Once finalized, the plan will serve as a comprehensive guide for poverty reduction initiatives in the municipality, aligned with the standards of the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) and Republic Act No. 11291, also known as the Magna Carta for the Poor.

Ginanap ang pampublikong pagdinig at konsultasyon kaugnay ng panukalang Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) para sa taong 2025โ2034 ng bayan ng San Jose, ngayong araw, June 4, 2026 sa Municipal Gymnasium.
Bahagi ito ng proseso ng pagbalangkas at pag-apruba ng pangmatagalang plano para sa maayos na paggamit ng mga lupain sa bayan ng San Jose. Mahalaga ang partisipasyon ng publiko sa pagbuo ng CLUP upang matiyak na naaayon ang plano sa mga pangangailangan at adhikain ng mamamayan.
Ang nasabing pagdinig ay buong pwersang dinaluhan nina Mayor Rey Cajayon Ladaga, Vice Mayor Sonny Javier at mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan. Aktibong nakiisa rin dito ang mga opisyales ng barangay at mga kinatawan mula sa iba't-ibang sektor.
Sa ginanap na pampublikong konsultasyon, nabigyan ng pagkakataon ang iba't ibang sektor na makapagbigay ng kanilang mga komento, mungkahi, at rekomendasyon na maisasama sa pagrebisa ng plano bago ito isumite para sa kaukulang pag-apruba.
Sa pamamagitan ng 2025โ2034 proposed CLUP, magkaroon ng malinaw na gabay sa paggamit ng lupa at pagpapatupad ng mga programang magpapalakas sa lokal na ekonomiya, magpoprotekta sa kalikasan, at magtataguyod ng ligtas, maayos, at maunlad na pamayanan para sa susunod na mga taon.
