Project Update: PRO8 Admin Extension Building
Camp Sec. Ruperto K. Kangleon, Palo, Leyte

Ongoing construction activities continue across the site. Ground floor works include ceiling installation, door jamb installation, steel door fabrication, and ramp and canopy construction.

On the second floor, sanitary and electrical wiring works are currently in progress. At the roof deck, the team is working on the parapet wall and C-purlin installation.

Concrete mouldings are also ongoing throughout all floors. Stay tuned for more updates!

New Project Update: Renovation of Balangiga MPS Old Building
Balangiga, Eastern Samar

Renovation works are currently ongoing, with key activities focused on improving and preparing the facility for further construction. This includes the fabrication of trusses, hauling of debris from demolition works, and removal of existing floor tiles.

These activities are being carried out to ensure proper site preparation and smooth progression of the renovation works.

Site Update: Construction of Standard Type "B/C" Jiabong MPS Building

Ongoing works at the site include installation of reinforcement bars and formworks for stairs and upper roof beams. CHB piling and plastering works are currently in progress on the 2nd floor.

At the lower ground floor, preparation for skim coat application is also underway as part of the finishing works.

Site Update: Construction of Standard Type "B/C" Jiabong MPS Building.

Construction continues to move forward smoothly!

On the ground floor, electrical wiring works are in progress, and stair formworks are being set up. The second floor is seeing active masonry works, including CHB piling and plastering. Up on the roof deck, trusses are being fabricated, and CHB piling is underway for the parapet walls.

Step by step, the building is taking shape—exciting progress all around! 💪✨

Reinforcement bars and formworks are being installed for the third-floor columns. On the upper ground floor, CHB piling and plastering are in progress, while the lower ground floor is seeing ceiling framing and Ficem board installation.

Construction of the PRO8 Admin Extension Building at Camp Sec. Ruperto K. Kangleon, Palo, Leyte is progressing steadily.

Work is currently focused on the installation of reinforcements and formworks for the columns from the second to the third floor, as well as masonry works at the lower ground floor, including CHB piling and plastering. These efforts are ensuring the building’s durability and quality as the project moves forward.

Progress continues on the Multi-Purpose Building in Brgy. Ubujan, Tagbilaran City as we move closer to completion.

Application of silver finish aluminum paint to the C-purlins and angle bars is currently in progress, enhancing structural protection and ensuring a durable, quality finish as the project nears completion.
