The Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars Program is now accepting applicants for incoming 4th year college students.

📌 Requirements:
• Validated Student’s ID for School Year 2025–2026
• Grades or Proof that you are an incoming 4th year college student
• Must be a resident of Barangay Tulungatung

📌 Note:
• Our barangay has five (5) slots only
• For fairness, a raffle will be conducted on Monday, May 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM
• Submission of requirements is until tomorrow, May 23, 2026

This initiative of Assistant Majority Leader Congresswoman Kat Chua aims to provide free and safe circumcision services for young boys in the community through the assistance of a medical team.

Parents are encouraged to accompany their young boys during the activity.
