A major terrorist attack occurred in Quetta near Chaman Phatak close to the railway line, a su***de bomber from the Majeed Brigade of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) targeted the Jaffar Express train with an explosion.

After the blast, a coach of the train caught massive fire. So far, at least 30 people have been confirmed dead, while more than 70 are reported injured.

Security agencies have described it as a well‑planned terrorist attack.
