Today, we pause to celebrate, honor, and remember the brave Americans who stormed the beaches of Normandy and helped change the course of history. 💙

We invite Quail Hollow residents to take time to reflect and share stories of a family member, friend, or even a stranger who fought for our freedom on D-Day in the comments of this post. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We also encourage residents to visit local memorials, including the 12th Armored Division Memorial Museum (“Hellcats”) and the Texas State Veterans Cemetery of Abilene to pay tribute and learn more about their legacy. 🕊️

Severe weather can occur anytime and in any part of the country. These conditions may include damaging winds, tornadoes, large hail, flooding, and flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
