We know touch can be complicated for many reasons. This blog speaks to how touch can change for some survivors of su***de loss, and how Reiki is often a good option for survivors because it is touch-optional. I hope you enjoy it. 🫶 reikifortoday.com/blog

It was such a delight to be on Dr. Jan Lundy’s podcast to share about the specific needs of survivors of su***de loss, the Befriend Your Grief program, and some of my own experience of losing my father. It was 15 years ago today, so recording this week was a potent time. What a gift to share a conversation with Jan, who I admire and appreciate her work in the world so much.

It’s a joy and privilege to work with animals. I feel so lucky. Yes, I still do animal reiki! 💘
🐾
What a pleasure to meet these two sweet girls, Willow and Nova, today. They were so welcoming and both really got into the soothing, relaxing energy.
🐾
Willow gave a really nice sigh after what seemed like a meditative nap, and Nova even “rested her eyes” with her head in my lap.
