The Republican Party of Texas is growing our field team all across our wonderful state!

Several members of our field staff are already on the ground as of this week and we will continue to hire as we expand into new regions and strengthen our presence in communities across Texas.

This effort didn’t start overnight. Planning, recruiting, and building the foundation for a statewide field operation has been underway for months, and we’re now putting those plans into action. It’s a long-term investment in organizing, voter engagement, grassroots development, and helping Republicans win from the Piney Woods to the Permian Basin.

We have been working alongside county parties, grassroots leaders, candidates, and partnering with the Republican National Committee to ensure Texas Republicans have the organization, support, and resources needed to win. More team members are joining the effort, more communities are being reached, and this is only the beginning.
