❤️🧡A Beautiful Chapter of Faith, Love, and Service 💛❤️

Today was a bittersweet yet beautiful day at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church as we gathered for our final worship service under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Charlene Gresham.

For 9 blessed years, God has used Pastor Gresham as a vessel to shepherd our congregation with faith, compassion, wisdom, and love. Under God’s guidance, she has baptized souls, helped others renew their relationships with Christ, faithfully served our church and community, visited the sick, comforted the bereaved, encouraged the weary, and touched countless lives in ways that words could never fully express.

Through every sermon, prayer, visit, and act of kindness, she has reminded us what it truly means to have a servant’s heart.

How fitting that her final sermon, “Because Jesus Said It” (John 4:49–50), reminded us to trust God’s Word, remain faithful in our service, and believe that His promises are greater than our circumstances.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Pastor Dr. Charlene Gresham, Deacon James Gresham Sr., Jasmine Coles, and James Gresham Jr. for 9 wonderful years of love, sacrifice, and dedicated service to our Mt. Sinai family.

While our hearts are tender as this chapter comes to a close, we rejoice in knowing that God is still writing the story. The love shared, the seeds planted, and the lives changed will remain part of Mt. Sinai’s legacy for generations to come.

This is not goodbye, but a heartfelt thank you for all that has been. May God continue to order your steps, enlarge your territory, and lead you into even greater blessings, from glory to glory! 🙏🏽❤️

🍂 Celebrating 9 Years of Faithful Leadership, Love & Service! ❤️

This Sunday, November 1st at 10am, we invite our Mt. Sinai Baptist Church family, friends, and community to join us as Dr. Charlene Gresham delivers her final sermon as our Pastor.

For 9 years, Pastor Gresham has faithfully shepherded our congregation with wisdom, love, compassion, and a heart for God’s people. We are truly grateful for her leadership and the lasting impact of her ministry.

We also extend heartfelt appreciation to Jasmine for her beautiful spirit in leading worship, Deacon Gresham for his heartfelt prayers and dedicated service, and James Jr. for sharing his God-given gift of ministry through music. Each has been a blessing to our church family.

Though this chapter is closing, the seeds planted, lives touched, and love shared will continue to bear fruit. ❤️

Join us as we celebrate and honor the Gresham family with grateful hearts, love, and appreciation.

To God be the glory for what He has done, is doing and will do for each one of us!

With heavy hearts, we remember our beloved Sister Carol Smith, whose kindness, loving spirit, and faithful service to God and Mt. Sinai Baptist Church touched so many lives. ❤️

We are grateful for the love and light she shared throughout the years. Please join us in lifting her family and loved ones in prayer, asking God to surround them with His comfort, strength, and peace.

Rest in His loving arms, Sister Carol. You will be dearly missed. 🕊️

💕 “I’m Determined!” Luke 13:10–17

What a blessed time in the Lord today! Thank you to everyone who participated, attended, and joined us by phone as Dr. Charlene Gresham delivered a powerful reminder to remain determined in our faith, trust God, and never give up! 🙏🏽

We also thank everyone who wore pink in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

Let us continue to keep our sick, shut-in, bereaved families, and one another lifted in prayer.

Stay faithful. Stay encouraged. Stay determined! 💗
