Syphilis is more than a temporary infection.

If left untreated, it can lead to serious health complications, even years after being originally infected.

Don't wait for symptoms to get tested. Syphilis is curable with the right treatment!

💚 Know your status. Take charge of your health.

From the life of the party to the one who always has something to say😂 every household has its own personalities!

We’re imagining what it would be like if some of our favorite classic TV characters were Grace House residents.

Who do you think would fit right in?

💚Walking together for mental health awareness!!!💚

Grace House was happy to be part of NAMIWalks this past Saturday!

Thank you to for bringing the community together for such an important cause! 💚

POV: The room before the seniors arrived vs. AFTER they got here 😂💃🏽

The EBR SALT Senior Expo brought the energy, and we loved being part of it!

We’re always happy for opportunities to connect with our community and celebrate our seniors.🫶

As we continue to highlight the voices and stories connected to Traeh Thyssen’s mission, we’re sharing another moment from his mother’s podcast session.

Through honest conversations about mental health, the importance of connection, and the impact of bullying, we’re reminded that awareness starts with listening—and prevention starts with meaningful conversations.

Thank you to Traeh Thyssen’s family and the Have a hearT Foundation for continuing to turn pain into purpose and helping create space for conversations that matter.💜

Let’s keep checking in, showing up, and reminding our young people that they are seen, heard, and loved.
