After careful consideration, Stellher Human Services has made the difficult decision to discontinue our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program within the next 4–6 weeks.
We are committed to supporting our current clients throughout this transition and will work with them to help coordinate appropriate resources and services.

Now Hiring On-Call Crisis Mental Health Practitioners
Pay: Up to $1,500/week (On-Call)

Stellher Human Services is hiring On-Call Crisis Mental Health Practitioners in Becker County to provide face-to-face crisis assessments, intervention, and stabilization services for adults, youth, and families. This role works collaboratively with a Mental Health Professional (MHP) and community partners to support individuals during mental health crises.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Master’s degree preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science (or related field) with qualifying experience or internship/practicum OR 4,000 hours of relevant mental health experience
Strong crisis assessment, communication, and cultural responsiveness skills
