The SVSU includes five districts: Southwest Vermont Union Elem. SD, North Bennington SD Inc., Mount Anthony Union SD No. 14, Arlington SD, and Sandgate SD.

Together, SVSU and its member districts are one of the largest employers in Bennington County. The SVSU page is intended to be a community bulletin board
for the schools in the SVSU.

3rd graders and their families still have time to sign up!

Save the Date for the next SVSU Literacy Virtual Game Night!

This virtual event is open to all 3rd grade students and families.

When: October 22, 2026 6pm - 7 pm via ZOOM
What: literacy games and story time

* All families will receive materials prior to the event!

To sign up for the event, email: Andrea Lane @ [email protected] by October 21st.

Please state the student's name, school, teacher and the email address you want the Zoom link sent to. A link will be sent the morning of the event.

Community Update:
The Voluntary Merger Committee meeting that was supposed to take place at SVSU Central Office on 10/22 at 7pm has been cancelled. When a new date has been selected, we will share that information with our community.
