Thank you Bucks County Technical High School EMS program for helping to train our staff today. The students played victims as our staff worked on active shooter drills. Thank you to Warminster police and Bristol Twp police. For participating in the training as well.

There were also representatives from Bensalem PD, Bensalem SD and other communities involved.

Bensalem EMS working with members of the police and fire departments made for another safe and successful Bensalem Fall Festival this weekend.

One of Glen Golembeski’s last assignments with Bensalem Rescue squad involved upkeep, tracking, and maintenance of our special operations equipment.

We felt it very fitting to choose today to quietly begin a new service to our community and surrounding areas.

Bensalem Rescue Squad is piloting a new Blood Administration program for Bucks County.

Glen would have loved to be a part of this program with all of the specialized equipment, logistics, and partnerships that happen behind the scenes.

Today we remember Glen’s zeal for service and love for special EMS programs.

More to come on the program in future months.

This week please remember Glen Golembeski who left us too soon on October 1, 2023. Glen had a love for life and EMS. His commitment, dedication, and determination were inspiring he continued to work through his long battle with cancer. The was no quit in him no matter what the task including pranks and busting chops. RIP Glen!
