Toasted Coconut Creamsicle

Ingredients
2 oz SCB REI Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sake
1 oz coconut cream
1 oz fresh orange juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz honey
¾ cup ice
Garnish
toasted coconut flakes, for rim
Lime wheel
Instructions:
1. Prepare the rim: Rub an orange wedge around half the rim of a chilled glass and dip into toasted coconut flakes.
2. Add SCB REI Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sake, coconut cream, orange juice, lime juice, honey and ice to a blender. Blend until thick and slushy, adding more ice if needed.
3. Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Elderflower Cucumber Sake Sour

5 oz Skyline Junmai Sake, chilled
1½ oz elderflower liqueur
1½ oz fresh lemon juice
1½ oz fresh cucumber juice
½ oz simple syrup
2 egg whites
Ice
For garnish:
2 thin cucumber ribbons
Fresh mint
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, add the Skyline Junmai Sake, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, cucumber juice, simple syrup, and egg whites.
Shake vigorously without ice for 15 seconds to build foam. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds until fully chilled and frothy.
Double strain evenly into two chilled coupe glasses.
Garnish each cocktail with a cucumber ribbon and mint. Serve immediately.

Mango Sunrise Sake Punch

Ingredients:
1 orange, sliced
½ cup strawberries, sliced
½ cup mango, diced
1½ cups MIO CRISP Sparkling Sake, chilled
½ cup dark rum
1 cup mango juice
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup orange liqueur
Ice
For garnish:
Maraschino cherry
Lime wheel
Pineapple frond
Instructions:
Place the orange slices, strawberries, and diced mango into a large pitcher.
Add the mango juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, white rum, and orange liqueur. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
Just before serving, pour in MIO CRISP Sparkling Sake and stir gently.
Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over the ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, lime wheel, and pineapple fronds. Serve immediately.
