We have a huge announcement to make, and we are excited to officially introduce our new Executive Director, Epiphany Munoz!
After more than a year of intentionally searching for the right leader to guide Rural Health Network into its next chapter, we are thrilled to welcome someone whose values, energy, and vision align with our mission of advancing the health and well-being of rural people and communities.
As RHN continues to grow, evolve, and respond to the changing needs of rural communities, we were looking for a leader who understands the importance of public health, community engagement, and collaboration while bringing a modern and relationship-driven approach to leadership. In Epiphany, we found someone excited to build connections, strengthen partnerships, support innovation, and invest in the people and communities that make our work meaningful.
Epiphany brings experience in community engagement, workforce development, higher education leadership, and public health programming, with a professional background focused on creating opportunities, strengthening systems, and helping communities thrive through collaboration and strategic partnership.
Most importantly, throughout this process, it became clear that Epiphany genuinely believes in the mission of Rural Health Network and the power of community-informed leadership. Her enthusiasm for the work ahead, combined with her commitment to listening, learning, and growing alongside staff and community partners, makes us incredibly excited for this next chapter.
Please join us in welcoming Epiphany to the RHN family and celebrating the future ahead for Rural Health Network of South Central New York! 🎉
