HURRICANE ISAIAS UPDATE

Brooks area residents:
Please be advised that our area is expected to be in a high-wind zone with a high potential for tornadoes. High winds and heavier rain will move in early Saturday morning and persist into Sunday.

Our area has a greater-than-average chance of power outages due to our tree canopy. Take all precautions to protect your home, loved ones, and belongings. If a power outage occurs, contact Coweta-Fayette EMC to report the issue. Crews may be working in other areas with more severe damage, and restoring power may take time.
